To Whom It May Concern,
My name is H. Charles Tyler and I have a concern that requires some careful
decision making by the proper channels. So I went down to City Hall today, and spoke
with Bill Schlikman of Engineering Division, but he told me to write to City Counsel.
There is an entryway leading from Kennedy Mall and Best Buy, also Block
Buster's and Peal Vision on Wicker Drive I was told. That area should have a stop light
there because that is an accident waiting to happen and I know it cost more to clean up an
accident than to put up a few stop lights, so please take the thought into consideration
because traffic was really back up today and any other day, too.
