borhood Development
Corporation/Neighbor
Works partnership,
direct City allocation,
Community Foundation

tions.
City Council stated
they were impressed
with the amount of
work and the level of
innovation related to
the plan. The concept
of a Business Owner
Association was posi-
tively received. Fol-
lowing discussion and
a question/answer per-
iod, the City Council
reached consensus on
recommending starting
the process toward
creating the Washing-
ton Neighborhood
Development Corpor-
ation.
