This is a claim in which the claimant states that a watermain break occurred on Bennett
Street, allowing water to run freely for two hours, causing the steps and sidewalk in front
of his residence at 1950 Bennett Street to sink.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of lows, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
