CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 5:00 p.m. on May 18, 2009 in the
Historic Federal Building.
Present: Mayor Buol, Council Members Braig, Connors, Jones, Lynch, Resnick,
Voetberg, City Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Lindahl
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council to
tour the IBM Facilities in the Roshek Building.
John Gronen, Dawn Eikamp, and Jeff Morton of Gronen Properties, 1056 Main
Street, and Dubuque Initiatives member Bill Callahan, 1398 Central Avenue, provided a
guided tour of the IBM facilities in the former Roshek Building to view the progress of
the construction project and sustainability efforts currently underway.
There being no further business, upon motion the City Council adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
