HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION
MEETING MINUTES OF
April 30, 2009
Commissioner Oswald called the special meeting of the Dubuque Human Rights Commission to order at
4:02 p.m. on "fhursday, April 30, 2009, in Conference Room 1 at the City Hall Annex.

A special meeting was called to discuss co-sponsoring Alexander Robinson who will be in Dubuque
speaking on civil marriage equality. Commissioner Allan moved to have the Dubuque Human Rights
Commission co-sponsor Alexander Robinson's discussion on civil marriage equality. Commissioner
Driskell seconded. All in favor.
There being no further business to come before the Commission, Commissioner Rubinstein moved to
adjourn the meeting. Commissioner Winterwood seconded. IVlotion passed by consensus. Meeting was
adjourned at 4:06 p.m.
