This is a claim in which claimant alleges that that a City of Dubuque employee driving a
snow hauling dump truck struck guidewires on a pole, which resulted in its insured's
vehicle being damaged.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
