Chairperson Merle Duehr called the Civil Service meeting to order at 3:05 p.m. in the City Hall
Conference Room A.
Present: ChaLrperson Merle Duehr Jr., Commissioners Dick Wertzberger and Loras Kluesner
Also Present: Randy Peck, Paul Schultz
1. Approve minutes of November 5, 2002 Civil Service Meeting
Commissioner Wertzberger moved to approve the minutes of November 5, 2002.
Seconded by Kluesner, passed unanimously.
2. Establish Passing Score for the Position of Sanitation Driver and Certify List
Commissioner Wcrtzberger moved to set a passing point o£ 55 (70.5%)£or the Sanitation
Driver.
Seconded by Kluesner, passed unanimously.
The 8 envelopes with the names of the individual with the passing score were opened, read and
recorded and it was moved that the list be certified as read.
Paul Schultz asked how and when the people passing the test would be notified. Randy stated it
would follow the same procedure as last time, and everyone would be notified thru the mail with a
letter stating your score and if you passed or failed.
Them being no further business, Chairperson Duekr moved to adjourn at 3:10 p.m. Seconded by
Wertzberger, passed unanimously.
