This is a claim in which the claimant states that as she was walking through the parking
lot near the Diamond Jo Casino, she tripped and fell, injuring her face, teeth, knee and
shoulder. Claimant alleges her fall was due to poor lighting in the parking lot.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
