I'm coming to speak about our
police Dept. in Dubuque one more
time! They hurt a person then call
it, intereference with offical acts
wrong, I am dissabled, I couldn't hurt
anyone. I want to become an official
person to come to when truely been
mistreated by dubuque Police Dept.
Someday their going to kill me
due to my skin conditions and bone and
muscle deterioration. If ya don't wnat
me in America do me a favor!
Send me to Russia where my
grandparents came from. Couldn't be
much worse. I swear I can't take
anymore abuse or they'll kill me.
