This is a claim in which claimant alleges that during a storm that a thunderstorm that
occurred on June 19, 2009 caused a branch from a City tree to fall onto and damage
the windshield of claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
