7. Narrative Description:
This property is located in the Langworthy Historic District. StyleNear: 1956 minimal traditional plan.
Physical Description: Single story brick veneer with hip roof, stone entry surround, 42x30 footprint.
Concrete foundation. Front and side stoops and entries.
Alterations: Garage wing likely added. Permits note a re-roofing in 1995 and adding a rear deck in
1991.
Landscaping/Setting: Level site, orients east.
8. Narrative Statement of Significance:
Original Owner/Builder: Dr. Albert J. and Rita Entringer were the first listed owners, 1957.
Building History: Assessor reports half done December 11, 1956, brickwork and plastering underway.
Mary Nairn owned the parcel when it was sewered, the tap dates to c.1911.
