1. Approve Minutes of June 10, 2009
Motion by Schilling to approve the minutes as written. Seconded by White.
Motion carried 2-0.
2. Certify List for the Position of Police Officer
Motion by Schilling to establish the combined score for the position of Police
Officer at 155 and to certify the list of forty. Seconded by White. Motion carried
2-0.
3. Establish Passing Point and Certify List for the Position of Fire Equipment
Operator
Motion by Schilling to establish the passing point for Fire Equipment Operator at
69 percent and to certify the list as read. Seconded by White. Motion carried 2-0.
4. Request to Schedule Promotional Examination for the Position of
Accountant
Motion by Schilling to schedule an entrance examination for the ~osition of
Accountant, that the application deadline be 5:00 p.m., August 7 h with the test
date being 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 and that the list be good for
two years. Seconded by White. Motion carried 2-0.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 9:17 a.m.
