This is a claim in which the claimant states that because of a watermain break which
occurred on December 8, 2002, water seeped under the sidewalk in front of claimant's
residence located at 1960 Bennett Street, causing the sidewalks to crack.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
