This is a claim in which the claimant states that as a police squad was attempting to turn
left onto Burch Street from Hill Street, it lost control and struck claimant's vehicle on the
driver's side rear door.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
