Physical Description: east gable roof side wing (9x16) rectangular core 16x28, recessed corner hip roof in northeast corner (9x12), stone foundation, wood water table, rear porch 20x7. Alterations: re-sided, asbestos siding, windows removed from front wing. Permits note re-roofings in 1938, 1964, siding repair in 1968, detached garage 1976. Landscaping/Setting: terrace settings for garage and house, latter lower, former level with ascending road (to west), bluff descends behind, fronts north. 8.
