These are two claims in which claimant alleges that the retaining wall located near the
back of claimant's property at 1854 Bennett Street was struck and damaged by a City of
Dubuque sanitation truck on separate occasions.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
