Narrative Description: This property is located in the Jackson Park Historic District. Style/Year: post-1891, pre-1909, late Queen Anne style (bays) duplex on vernacular base, dormer. Physical Description: two-story side gable brick duplex plan, raised stone foundation with water table, twin three-sided bays flank front, the upper segments being scaled back in scale, double rowlock brick rounded window arches, stone sills form belt courses on the upper level and on the bay fronts, unusual unified still on twin attic lights, bracketed eaves and bracketed large centered gable roof wall dormer on façade, hip roof dormer to the north of same, end chimneys, eaves continue beyond end walls, twin rear two-story wing with recessed porches and entries. Basement windows have enlarged stone lintels which project below the water table cap. Alterations: flat metal canopy replaced hip roof porch, metal posts and rails, concrete base. Permits note re-roofing in 1937-38, 1959 (part), 1961 (part) 1991, roof repair 1979. th Landscaping/Setting: corner lot drops away to the east, fronts west. Duplex behind fronts on 15 to south. 8.
