orities for the next
twelve to eighteen
months.
• The 2008-2009 Per-
formance Report was
reviewed and the top
successes for the past
year and the actions
associated with each
were discussed and re-
fined. Additional suc-
cesses identified were
the addition of
$1,000,000 to the City's
reserve fund and no
general property tax
increase.
The City Council re-
viewed and refined the
goals and priorities for
the next five years. The
goals include: (1) Di-
verse, Strong Dubuque
Economy; (2) Sustaina-
ble City; (3) Planned
and Managed Growth;
(4) Partnering for a
Better Dubuque; and
(5) Improved Connec-
tivity - Transportation
and Telecommunica-
tions.
