In addition to those five cases we have three appeals before the Iowa District Court. These three appeals are: 1) Callahan Construction - a vacant lot of future residential development ground off of Seippel Road assessed at $153,000. The petition asks for the property to be reduced to $7,958. 2) Callahan Construction - an 11 car brick garage located on Pleasant View Drive assessed at $60,000. The petition asks for the property to be reduced to $30,000. 3) Kohl's Department Store -located at 2595 Northwest Arterial Drive assessed at $5,816,500. The petition asks for the property to be reduced to $4,905,477. We will keep you informed of any actions on these properties.
