7. Narrative Description:
This property is located in the Jackson Park Historic District. StyleNear: post-1909, pre-1930, side
gable brick bungalow (battered front corners and porch pillars, brackets beneath eaves)
Physical Description: 1.5-story brick veneered square plan, window bands with straight jack arches,
single story porch on southwest corner, shed roof front dormer, brick stoop, stone coping on porch
balustrade, side steps, concrete sills.
Alterations: Permits note re-roofing in 1947, 1972. Outside stair on 397 1958.
Landscaping/Setting: fronts south, driveway to east.

Original Owner/Builder:
Building History: The D. S. Wilson Estate owned the parcel when it was sewered, the tap date being
August 26, 1910.
