AIRPORT COMMISSION MINUTES
Commissioner Daoud moved to approve the minutes of the July 27, 2009 Commission
meeting and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Santillo. AYES: All. NAYS:
None.
OLD BUSINESS
01. REVIEW STATISTICS
Various items were discussed. It was noted that aircraft operations were similar to
July, 2007 and passenger enplanements were nearly identical to 2006.
NEW BUSINESS
ACTION ITEMS
02. BRADLEY JO CHARTER LEASE_ ASSIGNMENT TO MICAT REALTY. LLC
(WINDSTAR LINES)
Commissioner Daoud made a motion to accept Resolution No. A900-1-2009 lease
assignment with Bradley Jo Charter, Inc to Micat Realty, LLC. Commissioner
Czeshinski seconded the motion. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
DISCUSSION
03. AIRPORT MANAGER ANNUAL EVALUATION
The Commission sub-committee consisting of Commissioner Daoud and
Chairperson Accinelli will conduct the Airport Manager's evaluation and will then
refer their findings back to the other Commissioners.

04. COMMISSION MEETING DATES
This item will be discussed at a later meeting.
08. CORRESPONDENCE
The Airport Manager distributed IDOT's current Economic Impact Study to the
Commissioners and pointed out that non-aviation businesses at the airport were
excluded, i.e., Bradley Jo, Jackson Concrete, etc.
The Commission requested that the Sales Consultant discussion be placed as an
item on the next agenda.

The next scheduled Commission meeting is September 28, 2009 at 4:00 p.m.
Commissioner Daoud moved to adjourn and this motion was seconded by Commissioner
Czeshinski. AYES: All. NAYS: None.
