This is a claim in which claimant alleges that alleges that while he was retrieving items
from the back seat of his parked vehicle in the 400 block of Loras Boulevard, a City of
Dubuque Keyline bus struck and damaged the opened door of claimant's vehicle.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
