Illinois Department of Transportation_Passenger Rail InvitationThe Illinois Department of Transportation IIDDTI is hosting a
public meeting to seek public input concerning the Enviror~rnental
Assessment (EAl of the prDposed alternatives for new inter-
city passenger rail transportation service from Chicago to
Dubuque, Iowa.
The public meeting will be an open house format, so you may visit
the event at any time. There will be a continuous PowerPoint
presentation and exhibits that provides an overview of the EA,
purpose and need, summary of improvements and constraints,
and next steps. The EA will be available for review and public
comment. Representatives from IDOT will also be available to
discuss the study and answer questions.
These meetings will be accessible to
persons with disabilities. Anyone needing
