In each case, sealed, facsimile and electronic bids for the Bonds should be received by the Finance Director and listed in the minutes. After a final call for sealed and facsimile bids, the electronic bids should then be reviewed and the best bid recorded. Only sealed, facsimile and electronic bids are permitted by the terms oi~sale. No other bids should be considered. All bids should then be referred to the Council for award ol~ the Bonds. Alternative bids may be received for the Series 2009A and 200913 Bonds, thereby allowing the City to determine if the "Build America Bond" taxable bond option is more favorable than regular tax-exempt rates.
