Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements:
Vernacular two-story frame broad rectangular core with twin gable fronts, the subordinate one being
offset to the north on a shallow wing, main gable cap infilled with angled hood, full-height north
centered side wing with pediment, unusual turned single-story bay with pediment cap, returned eaves.
Physical Description:
42x30 L-plan, 8x16 porch in left front corner, walkout second floor on side, stone foundation.
Alterations:
Resided, broad aluminum siding, flat roof porch with balustrade likely an alteration although there is a
walkout on second floor.

1932-reconstruct frame garage-$125-owner: Dubuque Bldg & Loan-contractor: same
