Proclam Watslaw Prazuch Poland
WHEREAS, the City of Dubuque, Iowa, USA, is honored to host individuals from
other areas of the world through the Iowa Resource for International
Service; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Watslaw Prazuch from Turnow, Poland works in Economic
Development in Poland and is here to network, job shadow and gain
practical experience from our City leaders who work in Economic
Development; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Prazuch will be working with numerous City Departments and
partner agencies including the Greater Dubuque Development
Corporation, Dubuque Main Street Ltd., the City of Dubuque
Economic Development Department, the City’s Planning Services
Department and the East Central Intergovernmental Agency; and
WHEREAS, we are very happy that Mr. Prazuch is visiting and immersing himself
in our culture as he studies our successes in the economic
development of our beautiful City and we also hope to learn from him
and his experiences and worldview; and
WHEREAS, we are hopeful that this visit with our City and community leaders
and other citizens will truly strengthen the international friendship
that surpasses many other bonds, especially during this divisive
time in our world.
NOW THEREFORE, I, TERRANCE M. DUGGAN, MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
DUBUQUE, IOWA, ON BEHALF OF ITS CITY COUNCIL, CITY STAFF, AND
