Claimant Date of Claim Raymond Worden, Sr. 02/13/03 Date of Loss 10/14/01 Nature of Claim Personal Injury This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that as his son was riding his bicycle in Comiskey Park, he ran into some type of unmarked cable, stdking his right mandible area. Additionally, claimant's son struck his head on pavement losing consciousness, injured his back and arm, and suffered lacerations and abrasions to his face and lip. This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
