Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Classical Revival style gable front (bellcast roof profile) cubic plan, centered side gable roof dormers with returned eaves, rounded attic lights, pedimented front gable with Palladian-like window set, full- width hip roof front porch with three large tapered Tuscan Columns, rusticated concrete block piers, with offset pediment set above porch entry. Broad corner boards, north side three sided bay with foundation, two-story rear solarium wing. Physical Description: 32x26 core, side bay, 7x26 porch, stone foundation. Alterations: Asbestos siding, well preserved Building Permit Cards: 1942 – re-roof single family frame dwelling – owner: C. F. Deggendorf 1952 – reside 1988 – repair fire damage, re-roof, siding, drywall single family frame dwelling - $15, 500 – owner: Daniel Holtkamp-contractor: Droessler & Sons.
