Physical Description: 38x20, three -sided single -story east bay with wood foundation, stone foundation and wooden water table, original hip roof porch, cellar storm door on east side Alterations: None noted, no permit data found. Building Permit Cards: 1933 - rebuild frame garage Outbuildings: Nice double shed roof frame garage Landscaping Notes: On shelf, low stone retaining wall, open yard to the east, fronts south.
