The meeting was called to order at 6:00 P.M. by Jack Papin, and announced that it was
being conducted in accordance with Iowa Open Meetings Law. Order of business was as
follows:
Minutes of last meeting were read and motion made by Harlan Willenborg to accept
as read, seconded by Dan Harris, approved by all members present.
2. Practical test was given to Jason Zeal and Paul Meyers. Both candidates failed.
Motion to adjourn made by Jack Papin, seconded by Dan Harris. Meeting adjourned at
8:30 P.M.
