1. Approve Minutes of September 1, 2009
Commissioner White moved to approve the minutes of September 1, 2009 as
written. Seconded by Schilling. Motion passed 3-0.
2. Schedule Hearing Date for Appeal of Tony Severson
Motion by Commissioner Schilling to set the date for the appeal of Tony
Severson for 1:00 p.m. on October 14, 2009. Seconded by White. Motion carried
3-0.
3. Schedule Hearing Date for Appeal of Mark Neyens
Motion by Commissioner Schilling to set the date for the appeal of Tony
Severson for 1:00 p.m. on October 14, 2009. Seconded by White. Motion carried
3-0.
4. Establish Passing Point for the Position of Police Lieutenant
Commissioner White moved to establish the passing point for the position of
Police Lieutenant at 66 and above correct answers. Seconded by Schilling.
Motion carried 3-0.
