With this letter, the City of Dubuque verifies that Northeast Iowa Community College of
Calmar Iowa has contributed $10,000.00 that will be made available to the Northeast
Iowa SBDC on July 1, 2008. These matching funds are new cash money pledged to
the Northeast Iowa SBDC at a rate of fifty percent (50%) match for every dollar the
SBDC receives from the Grow Iowa Values fund during fiscal year 2009.
Northeast Iowa Community College of Calmar Iowa has verified their willingness to
participate with anewly-created SBDC Regional Center, a reopened SBDC Regional
Center, or an existing SBDC Regional Center in their area.
I further verify that I have the authority to give written verification for the City of
Dubuque.
