SUBJECT: Changing Date for Second Regular City Council Meeting in February
DATE: October 28, 2009
There is a City Ordinance that requires that if aregularly-scheduled City Council
meeting falls on a Monday that is a Federal or City holiday, that it be scheduled for the
next day.
Monday, February 15, 2010 is President's Day, which is a Federal holiday but not a City
holiday.
I respectfully recommend an ordinance change to move the City Council meeting from
Tuesday, February 16, 2010, to Monday, February 15, 2010.
