Approve Minutes of December 23, 2002
Commissioner Kluesner moved to approve the minutes of December 23, 2002.
Seconded by Wertzberger, passed unanimously.
Request to Schedule Entrance Examination for the Position of Parking Meter
Checker
Commissioner Wertzberger moved to schedule an entrance examination for the position of
Parking Meter Checker, that the test be open to all City employees and the general public,
and that the time limit for the eligibility list be established at two years. He further moved that
the application deadline be 5:00 p.m. on February 18, 2003 with the examination being
conducted on Tuesday, February 25, 2003, 6:30 p.m. in the Ballroom at Five Flags.
Seconded by Kluesner, passed unanimously.
Request to Schedule Entrance Examination for the Position of Mechanic ~
Personnel Manager Randy Peck recommended that this test be an entrance examination
open to ail City employees and the general public and that the certified list be good for two
years. He also explained that this would be tentative pending agreement from Dave Baker,
Business Agent for the Teamsters.
Commissioner Wertzberger moved to schedule an entrance examination for the position of
Mechanic, that the test be open to all City employees and the general public, and that the
time limit for the eligibility list be established at two years. He further moved that the
application deadline be 5:00 p.m. on February 27, 2003 with the examination being
conducted on Tuesday, March 18, 2003, in the Ballroom at Five Flags. Seconded by
Kluesner, passed unanimously.
There being no further business, upon motion the meeting adjourned at 3:07 p.m.
