Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Very unusual two-story side gable frame core, offset front gable roof wing to right, with single-story three-sided bay on front wing, shed roof porch to left front, broad rear wing, inset corner tower with hip roof, narrow windows. The plan might have started out as an Italian Villa and lost its tower? Physical Description: Three apartments, 27x38 core Alterations: Aluminum siding, porch has been built in with recessed entry is Building Permit Card: 1960-conversion to three apartments. 1979-roof/siding-owner: Fred Peterson-contractor: DISCO-$6,873 Outbuildings: None Landscaping Notes: Corner lot, fronts south. 8. Narrative Statement of Significance: Historical Notes: Emma Fischer owns when sewered c.1922. The house number runs way back to 1875, house likely dates to 1890s but an earlier date is possible given the bay and some narrow windows.
