Please see the attached a-mail from the chair of the Human Rights Commission regarding Terry Driskell's
resignation. As background, Terry has only attended a couple of meetings since his appointment. This means
we will need several appointments made in December - in addition to the three whose terms are expiring
(Oswald, Winterwood, Eddy), we will need Terry's unexpired term filled. Thanks!

I talked with Terry Driskell last Thursday, November 5, and he told me that he is resigning, and asked me to
convey his resignation to the Human Rights Commission.

I am not interested in re-applying for another term of the Human Rights Commission. Please
accept my letter of resignation.
I would like to endorse Lori Apel, Principal for Our Lady of Guadalupe, Holy Family's Catholic
Schools Spanish Immersion program.
Lori is already active on our Human Rights Commission subcommittee, National Origins.
She is also involved with Faces and Voices.
I've checked with Lori and their meeting time does work with her schedule.
