Narrative Description: Architectural Style And Key Stylistic Elements: Bungalow, brick colonial bungalow with centered front wing (side entry), broad eaves, unusual tile roof on a bungalow, testimonial to persistence of use of stone for foundations in city. Physical Description: 32x26 core, 20x28 rear wing, 14x8 porch, tile roof, dark polychromatic brick veneer, stone foundation, stone or concrete sills, flared chimney on southeast side Alterations: Well preserved. Outbuildings: Three-car stone hip roof garage, 1927, 24x34 Landscaping Notes: Moderate terrace, drive to south, fronts east. Evaluation: Very nice bungalow example, high end example of Colonial form from mid-1920s. 8.
