Message: It is my impression that a very high percentage of Dubuque residents prefer that Five Flags be sold or even given away to
eliminate the hundreds of thousands of support tax dollars and return the real estate to the tax rolls. We don't need the City
subsidizing our entertainment.

Message: Dear Mayor and City Council Members, (Five Flags) Civic Center has existed for 35+ years. In those 35+ years, I can name
five events which drew me to the center: two plays, one political rally, a music concert, and my High School Graduation. I've used
the Dubuque Carnegie-Stout Public Library more frequently than the Civic Center! I use Internet or Data connection almost daily. In
my work place, nearly everyone is on their smart phone, often connecting to the web. If you're going to spend civic money on a
feasibility study, than a Municipal Internet makes more sense than a downtown Civic Center revival. Thank You. B. Cliff
