We don't need the City subsidizing our entertainment. Click here to report this email as spam. 1 Kevin Firnstahl From:Roy D. Cliff Address: 2223 WOODLAND DR APT 6 Ward: 1 Phone: Email: bjc81.npt@gmail.com City Department: City Council Message: Dear Mayor and City Council Members, (Five Flags) Civic Center has existed for 35+ years. In those 35+ years, I can name five events which drew me to the center: two plays, one political rally, a music concert, and my High School Graduation. I've used the Dubuque Carnegie-Stout Public Library more frequently than the Civic Center! I use Internet or Data connection almost daily. In my work place, nearly everyone is on their smart phone, often connecting to the web. If you're going to spend civic money on a feasibility study, than a Municipal Internet makes more sense than a downtown Civic Center revival. Thank You. B.
