CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 5:30 p.m. on December 21, 2009
in Conference Room A at City Hall.
Present: Mayor Buol, Council Members Braig, Connors, Jones, Lynch, Resnick,
Voetberg, City Manager Van Milligen
Absent: City Attorney Lindahl
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council to
tour the Traffic Control Center.
TOUR OF TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER
The City Council proceeded to the Traffic Control Center on the third floor of City Hall
where City Engineer Gus Psihoyos and Civil Engineer Dave Ness described and
demonstrated the City’s traffic control equipment and capabilities.
There being no further business, upon motion the City Council adjourned at 6:10 p.m.
