CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS

The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 1:00 PM on December 30, 2009
in City Hall, Conference Room A.
Present: Mayor Buol, Council Members Connors, Jones, Lynch, Resnick, Voetberg,
City Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Lindahl
Absent: Council Members Braig and Jones
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council to act
upon such business that may properly come before the City Council.
ACTION ITEMS
Dubuque Cultural Preservation Committee Bill of Sale: City Attorney recommending
approval of the Dubuque Cultural Preservation Committee bill of sale for the Curtis
Collection. Motion by Connors to receive and file the documents and approve the
recommendation. Seconded by Voetberg. Motion carried 5-0.
There being no further business, upon motion the City Council adjourned at 1:05
p.m.
