The application, staff report and related materials are attached for your review. Discussion Associate Planner Kyle Kritz spoke in favor of the request, reviewing location of property, that the plat consolidates existing lots, reflects changes made to the Kerper Boulevard right-of-way, and has been reviewed by both Transportation Services and Engineering staff. There were no public comments. The Zoning Advisory Commission discussed the request and reviewed the lettered lots shown on the plat and their purpose. Recommendation By a vote of 5 to 1, the Zoning Advisory Commission recommends that the City Council approve the request. A simple majority vote is needed for the City Council to approve the request.
