There are two appeals from the Dubuque City Board of Review decisions. I

This notification is required under 441.39 (1) of the Code of Iowa. The appeals are for 2018 assessments of value and
would affect taxes beginning in the fall of 2019 and the spring of 2020. j
�
The first appeal comes from A.Y. McDonald, 4800 Chavenelle Road, who has also protested their 2017 assessment
value. The property(1029402004) is assessed at$6,000,000 and they are requesting an assessed value of$5,250,000
on their Industrial property. This appeal is to the Iowa Property Assessment Appeal Board. "

The second appeal is from Platinum Holdings, 350 Bell Street. This appeal was filed in Dubuque County District �
Court. The property (1130153904) is assessed at$13,500,000 and they are requesting a reduction to 7,425,000 on q
their commercial property. s

There is a third appeal to the Dubuque County District Court from 7G Properties but there are technicalities with the �
filing so it may not be an appeal.
