for the purpose of conducting the annual goal setting session.

1. Dubuque Industrial Center West - McFadden Farm Grading Phase I Project
City Manager recommending initiation of the public bidding procedure for the Dubuque
Industrial Center West — McFadden Farm Grading Phase I Project, and further
recommends that a public hearing be set for August 20, 2018.
