CITY COUNCIL PROCEEDINGS
SPECIAL SESSION
The Dubuque City Council met in special session at 5:30 p.m. on July 9, 2018 in
Conference Room B, City Hall, 50 W 13�h St.
Present: Mayor Buol; Council Members Del Toro, Jones, Larson, Resnick, Shaw; City
Manager Van Milligen, City Attorney Brumwell
Absent: Council Member Rios
Mayor Buol read the call and stated this is a special session of the City Council called
for the purpose of conducting a closed session for professional evaluations pursuant to
Chapter 21 .5(1)(i) Code of lowa.
CLOSED SESSION
Professional Evaluations - Chapter 21.5(1)(i) Code of lowa
Motion by Jones to convene in closed session at 531 p.m. Seconded by Resnick.
Motion carried 6-0.
Upon motion the City Council reconvened in open session at 7:00 p.m. stating that the
evaluations were completed.
There being no further business, upon motion the City Council adjourned at 7:01 p.m.
