City Council to act

that may properly
come before the City

Preservation Commit-
tee Bill of Sale: City
Attorney recommend-
ing approval of the
Dubuque Cultural Pre-
servation Committee
bill of sale for the
Curtis Collection. Mo-
tion by Connors to
receive and file the
documents and ap-
prove the recommen-
dation. Seconded by
Voetberg. Motion car-
ried 5 -0.
There being no
further business, upon
motion the City Council
adjourned at 1:05 p.m.
