This is a claim in which claimant alleges that her daughter was injured and her vehicle
was damaged after a City of Dubuque Public Works employee lost control of a refuse
truck near 291 Cardiff which struck claimant's vehicle that was being driven by
claimant's daughter.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the Iowa
Communities Assurance Pool.
