A general discussion was held regarding a proposed subdivision located on Roosevelt Road
adjacent to the Mt. St. Francis property.
This property, to be developed by Fondell Excavators, would be platted for 86 lots, containing
a maximum number of 170 dwelling units. Zoning would be a combination of R-l, R-2 and
R-3; a hearing is scheduled before the Zoning Commission on 2 April.
Concerns regarding the density of the proposed development, stormwater run-off, capacity of
Roosevelt Road and other issues were discussed.
