This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that a City of Dubuque snowplow lost
control during icy conditions and struck claimant's vehicle near the intersection of
Strauss and Burden Streets.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
