Personal Injury
This is a claim in which the claimant alleges that due to poor lighting in the Chamber of
Commerce parking lot located at 3rd and Main, claimant was unable to see the curb
separating the two parking lots, and tripped over it, receiving severe abrasions to her
nose, right cheek and eyebrow.
This claim has been referred to Public Entity Risk Services of Iowa, the agent for the
Iowa Communities Assurance Pool.
