Ladies and Gentlemen:
The Dubuque Golf & Country Club requests permission to display
fireworks on July 4th, 2003 at about 9:00 p.nt on the Dubuque Golf &
Country Club grounds, near the lake in the middle of the golf course. The
rain date for the display would be Sunday, July 6th, 2003. Responsible
persons Will supervise the display.
